bubl is an exclusive online-only subscription box service providing natural, gender-neutral soap products. Their primary focus is on creating soap products that can serve all people well.

The product line includes shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, and shaving cream.

The target audience is people living in larger cities that do not have direct access to department stores with multiple hygienic cleaning options, but rather corner markets.

A lighthearted, straight-to-the-point, no-nonsense approach is taken for the overall language of the brand. From the copy that appears within the packaging, to the website and social media strategy. It connects with the target audience that does not want fluffy language but wants to know the immediate value of the products they are considering purchasing.

Tone

The website provides a to the point approach where customers will understand exactly what they are purchasing

The approach to social media intermingles the icon system with photography and graphics to bring consistency to the overall tone in all contacts.

For instance, one post says “Don’t stick with the same 3-in-1 you’ve been using since high school. (No shame if you are… but seriously quit.)”
