The Journey of a Prospective Student

The Office of Marketing and Communication utilizes industry-standard verbiage as well as methods in terms of tracking the journey of prospective students. It’s a process that the university has utilized for years, but we were beginning to name the methods they had been using. To clarify what we mean in meetings with our campus partners, we visualized the process and what takes place during every step of the process. We also saw that our HubSpot software used different languages and stages so we tracked how they coincide with the processes the university utilizes.
